Location: Cork Role: Permanent
Opportunity to join a leading provider of High Quality Instrumentation solutions to the Pharma and food manufacturing industry. Based at the East Cork Office you will be dealing with technical enquiries, interpreting customer requirements, specifying suitable products based on Customer application and generating proposals.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for receiving and processing technical enquiries, technically evaluating all customers’ requirements. Then identify suitable suppliers on a technical/commercial basis and generating proposal from the company’s product range.
• Ensure that customer queries are acknowledged and proactively managed in a timely manner
• Involvement in all aspects of the Customer Service process
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders
• Process quotations, orders and supplier purchase orders
• Work closely with Order Management in expediting orders
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers and supply chain
• Engage with other internal departments as required
• Generate internal reports for management as required
• Manage any customer queries both commercial and technical.
• Manage supplier relationships
Engineering or Instrumenation qualification preferred with 5+ years experience in a similar or related role
• Technical Experience of the process instrumentation industry
• Previous experience in a technical sales role
