Opportunity to join leading energy multi-national manufacturing site in East Cork
Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure that mechanical maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and with the long-term reliability of the equipment being a priority. The role is to act as the focal point for the execution of all works within their area of responsibility whether maintenance or project. The role is also responsible for driving safety, environmental and ethical standards across the area. Responsible for adherence to maintenance and reliability work processes in alignment with asset integrity and reliability strategies.

Maintenance of the assigned site process equipment, assuring mechanical integrity by maintaining zero overdue PPMs both regulatory and statutory. Also, monitor and maintain the equipment in a timely manner to recognized standards.
Work with Planner and Scheduler to build weekly and daily work schedules.

Experience

Mechanical craft qualification or Level 7-8 degree in Mechanical Engineering
Leadership ability to manage a diverse workforce to achieve plant goals.
Plant reliability, inspection and maintenance experience.
Demonstrated Plant Maintenance competency.
Min of 5 years’ experience of maintenance of refining / Gas / heavy process equipment in highly regulated industries
