Opportunity to join well established FDA global manufacturing organisation in Cork
Responsible for partnering with site leadership to drive Lean & Heartbeat (HB) deployment and strengthen continuous improvement capabilities across the Cork mfg. site.
This role serves as a strategic member to the SLT and is accountable for advancing Lean principles, Daily Management Systems (DMS), Problem Solving Process (PSP), Kaizen, VSM, Standard work and Leader standard work, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people outcomes
Coach leaders at all levels, facilitate the adoption of Lean & HB operating practices, and enable sustainable cultural and operational consistency through disciplined execution and leader engagement. Function: Lean Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (ISC PDx)

Experience

Relevant third level degree with exp. in Lean, OpEX, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading Lean transformations in complex manufacturing environments.
Proven experience implementing and sustaining Daily Management Systems.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, including: Kaizen Value Stream Mapping Standard Work Visual Management PSP Root Cause Analysis Leader Standard Work Performance Mgmt. Systems
