Opportunity to join organisation with six international facilities and the Cork site undertaking a current a substantial multi million euro investment. Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users, including software and hardware
Setting up PCs, laptops and mobile devices for all new users
Troubleshoot all IT issues ensuring that incidents are appropriately logged and communicated through to resolution.
First line of support and offering advanced support by answering technical queries and solving issues remotely.
Relevant degree with a min. of 1-2 years / CompTiA Certification: A+ or Network +
Working knowledge of configuring, supporting and maintaining computer hardware.
Experience with relevant IT systems; Microsoft Windows Desktop Systems and Microsoft Exchan
