Part programming on CNC Machines (Hurco XYZ Doosan)
CMC machine set up and proving out programs
Optimising and running machines efficiently
Designing and manufacture of work holding fixtures
Ensuring that first article inspection reports are complete as per quality directive
Liaising with Production Mgr. and Quality Engineer to ensure that quality product is been made at all times

Experience

Applicants must have a relevant third level qualification with min. 3 years’ experience of CNC programming / machine setting in a similar engineering organisation.
