Excellent opportunity to join well established manufacturing facility which is part of a global flavors and fragrances business in over 60 countries worldwide.
Provide Supervision and leadership of the site Craft Team and the Maintenance Stores
Ensure that all work performed by the Team complies with all health and safety regulations and site standards
Ensure the safe and efficient planning and execution of work performed by the Maintenance Team
Ownership of the site Equipment Reliability Centred Maintenance program
Managing all aspects of external resources providers used in the execution of Maintenance Plans

Experience

Time served Craftsman with at least 10 years industrial experience Or Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering Discipline with at least 8 years industrial experience
Previous leadership experience in a similar supervisory role would be advantageous
Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance best practices and Utilities Management desirable
