Excellent opportunity to join leading M&E facilities management business operating nationwide
You’ll be the technical engineering resource, providing technical expertise, engineering support and guidance across the business.
Visit sites, assess plant and systems, investigate technical issues, identify efficiencies and provide practical solutions.
Carry out technical surveys, inspections and condition assessments.
Review plant operation, controls and system performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineering staff.
Support technicians and trade managers with complex technical issues.
Attend client meetings where senior technical input is required.
Build credibility with Facilities Managers, Property Managers, consultants and other technical stakeholders

Experience

Relevant third level engineering qualification in Mech. Eng., Building Services Eng., Energy Eng. or a related discipline or equivalent senior technical experience.
Significant experience within M&E, building services, facilities engineering, energy or a related environment.
Practical understanding of commercial heating and mechanical systems.
Experience with boilers, pumps, heat pumps, hydraulics, controls/BMS and associated plant.
