Opportunity to join global FMCG mfg. facility with revenue of €1bn per year. This is a significant investment by the organisation to increase their capacity by 50%. This investment is hugely exciting as it reinforces org’s long term commitment to the Site and the Community as it will create approximately 50 new roles.
The role is key in strengthening the people aspect of the Maintenance team on site to plan requirements for future performance.
You will work with the Site Engineering Manager and Maintenance Planner to make this happen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisory role.
Supporting the site to develop a strategy for engineering implementation & asset life-cycle-management
Ensure all team members have a proactive approach to H&S, Implementation of essential engineering processes
Support the introduction of a knowledge sharing system, and ensure all team members engage with such systems

Experience

Degree in Engineering or trades qualification
Extensive experience in a process industry (food/ pharmaceutical/ medical devices desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong people management skills.
