Details:

Provide overall LEAN leadership to key areas of Cork business and drive the LEAN transformation by:

Be champion, coach and mentor for change by influencing teams to lean principles, problem-solving methodologies and digital adaptation fostering a culture of change improvement.

Partnering with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen

Driving the execution of Kaizens and LEAN events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan.

Experience

You will have a degree with at least 3 years of successful LEAN project experience.

Demonstrated leadership, ability to shape and drive transformational change.

Ability to drive and manage change in a matrix environment.

LEAN/Six Sigma trained with the ability to apply tools and process.
