> The Innovation Lead (Product Development) will bridge product strategy, innovation, and technical delivery to ensure business needs are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions. The role combines product thinking, stakeholder alignment, innovation leadership, and hands-on technical oversight to deliver business value and guide engineering execution. The role also requires applying thought leadership to shape product direction, technical decisions, and innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
This role is based in Ireland (Cork or Dublin), with their new office in Cork, and plays a key role in expanding organisation’s global footprint
Define product requirements, backlog, and roadmap
Align business, innovation, and technical delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery and agile execution
Understanding of AI and data concepts and how they can be applied in practice

Experience

5–8+ years in product, delivery, or engineering lead role
Technical leadership experience
Experience building scalable solutions
Consulting experience (advantageous)
Relevant IT/Engineering degree
Ability to demonstrate exposure to AI and data concepts and their practical application
