General Manager required for a renowned Golf Club.

Reporting to the Board of Management (the Board) through the Chairperson, you will provide executive leadership for the Club and will be accountable for its overall performance and long-term sustainability.

The position is responsible for implementing the Boards vison and policies, directing the Club’s staff, operations and resources, enhancing the member and visitor experience and ensuring the highest standards of governance, financial management and service delivery.

Implementing a marketing plan and related business development activities to grow green fee revenue is a key part of this role .

Experience

• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic management capability.
• A track record of delivering revenue growth and organisational improvement.
• Experience working with Boards, Committees, or member-led organisations.
• Strong digital marketing and business development capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Experience in golf, hospitality, tourism, leisure, destination marketing, or a comparable service-led environment.
