Engineering Systems Compliance Coordinator

Location: Cork Role: Contract Contract Length: 1 year

Details:

The Engineering Systems Coordinator role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the processes, procedures, tools and reports for the engineering process

Responsibilities:
– Coordinating the engineering compliance for all disciplines including mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, civil, structural & architectural
analysis and research
– Ensure there are detailed documented process and procedures for all engineering disciplines and tasks
– Support the engineering function in implementing its strategy by providing services to streamline, simplify and automate processes
– Ensure there are standarised ways of working for all engineering disciplines
– Ensure there are detailed specifications for all engineering equipment
– Ensure that all engineering records are up to date and securely stored
– Perform regular audits of all engineering processes and procedures to ensure compliance
– Define relevant KPI’s for the engineering function
– Provide teams with appropriate KPI collection tools to facilitate data centralisation

Experience

– 3rd Level Qualification / bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
– – Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably with some experience working in a specialist area (eg. risk, quality management systems, compliance, etc.)
– Experience in the food and beverage process sector is favourable
– Experience in implementing tools and processes successfully in a timely manner
– QMS auditor experience and certification
