Our Client, a leading supplier of process equipment solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK and Ireland for their Single-Use Assembly portfolio supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The successful candidate will develop strategic customer relationships with biopharma manufacturers, CDMOs and Biotech companies while expanding market share through consultative technical sales.

Experience

Extensive sales experience (10+ years) in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities and translating complex technical needs into sustainable commercial solutions.

Strong capability to speak the same technical language as customers, with a deep understanding of their operational and regulatory challenges across the entire manufacturing process, from development through process optimization, including all phases:
• upstream and downstream,
• scale-up and tech transfer,
• fill & finish, particularly for sterile injectable products, with an integrated evaluation from both a technical and economic perspective.

Solid knowledge of single-use technology platforms, their components and applications (bioprocessing, fluid management, single-use systems), with the ability to propose the most appropriate solution, in alignment with the customer’s process stage and specific needs.
