Maintenance Engineering Supervisor

Location: Dublin Role: Permanent

Will be a team player and self-starter with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage, develop and motivate team members. They will also have a demonstrable ability to communicate and relate effectively with staff at all levels in the organisation.
Responsible for leading and managing the performance of the maintenance teams and other such duties as assigned. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, high-performing candidate to take on a key leadership role within the Dublin Stations.
Ensure safety of staff and contractors through compliance with safety systems, including permits to work, setting to work and risk assessments. Carry out authorised roles under the safety rules.
Prioritise, schedule and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure business continuity.
Procurement of key services and components
Supervise and Manage Contractors / Contracts


A craft qualification or equivalent in an Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical field or equivalent relevant work experience. Ideally experience in a process/plant operations role
Strong safety focus and knowledge of the setting people to work safely
Ability to lead safety culture
Experience and technical knowledge of power station maintenance or a maintenance practices in similar heavy process industry
