Details:

Leading a team of 2 people, you will be responsible for the IT Infrastructure Operations for this heavy process plant.

As an IT/Business representative for Ireland, you will be the local face to the stakeholders /customers for various relationship management and IT support needs.

Lead, mentor and develop the site IT team, ensuring best in class end user support.

Ensure System availability.

Manage Opex & Capex budgets

Management of Service Providers including Access Control & Security, Broadband, Telecoms, hardware, software, etc.

Infrastructure inventory management and upgrades.

The company run Oracle, SalesForce and other business and process applications in a Microsoft environment.

Experience

You will have a degree in Computer Science or related with proven IT Leadership experience, ideally in a process or manufacturing environment.

Proven expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, people leadership and a hand-on approach is required.

You are a Customer and resolution focused person with Strong relationship building and influencing skills.

Strong SQL Server, SharePoint and PowerApps experience a plus.
