Leading world-wide manufacturer of high end valves, automation components and other piping products for process media control.
Evaluate and process customer enquiries and orders.
Handle all verbal and written communications with customers, colleagues and management in a professional and courteous manner.
Record all activities as instructed in the companies CRM system.
Despatch customer’s orders and receive goods from suppliers as required
Consult with customer support team, field customer support team, Group employees (in other coutnries) and all levels of management.
Engineering Qualification or Experience with Valves/Process Systems an advantage.
Strong sense of customer service
Good organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft word, excel and outlook
