Having worked in the recruitment area for over 20 years I have gained invaluable insight and experience in working with top companies and matching them with high calibre talented candidates, sourcing and recruiting at a variety of levels. As a recruiter I take pride in the fact that I ensure all placements are a match for both parties. I look to help people find careers, not just a job.
My goal as a recruiter is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike. Candidates often tell me they appreciate my responsiveness and transparency. You will always know where you stand in our hiring process. If I have no news, I will at least communicate that I have no news. When it’s time for honest feedback, I will give it.
