Quality Assurance position to support plant QA activities in this multinational heathcare and nutrition organisation
Support and partake in safety practices and policies.
Quality Assurance tasks supporting QC . Final Batch review, specification updates, raw material release Management of change; implementation, systems updates.
Vendor Liaison and non-conformance administration
Participation in Internal Audits and annual reviews.
Validation protocol preparation and review.
Organise and conduct day to day QA customer liaison duties – customer queries
Organise and run customer audits and follow ups.
Respond / report and organise investigation on customer complaints.
Raise awareness of customer complaints and corrective actions within the plant.
Reporting / tracking Complaints, CAPA database / QIR / Std statements etc
Conduct quality training including GMP training
Degree Level Qualification in Science / Engineering
Knowledge of process and product portfolio.
Knowledge of ISO and Pharmacopeia requirements.
Understanding of customer base and standards
Knowledge of LIMS and SAP systems. (advantage)
