Leading US technology organisation, with global sites supported from a HR prospective in Cork.
The successful candidate will apply strategic level HR practices and programs across a range of HR functions including attracting, retaining and motivating key talent, employee relations, compensation & benefits and leadership and employee development. The position requires a self-starter with a hands-on, customer-service orientation and extensive HR internal consulting experience and will be the business partner for a number of senior leaders.
Delivering a full range of HR services in the areas of staffing, performance optimization planning, employee engagement, compensation, and leadership and employee development
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5 years ideally of HR International experience, supporting multiple countries in various regions.
Strong business and financial acumen.
